1. ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us at enquiries@future-physique.com

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

 

 

1.1 DELIVERY INFORMATION AND COSTS

 

All times quoted are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) (as applicable).

 

Mainland United Kingdom

Standard Delivery -Service charge of £1.50 plus an additional £1.00 to £3.50 depending on size and weight of product ordered.

 

 

 

1.2 UK DELIVERY TIMES

 

 

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-4 working days. Sometimes during sale or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us on  +44 (0) 1743 874 290.

 

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm..

 

 

United Kingdom (Mainland)

Standard delivery - £1.00 delivery charge for all items under 1kg. An additional £3.50 will be charger to the Standard Service charge of £1.50 for all large items over 1kg. Each subsequent item  will then be charged at a rate of £1.00 per product.

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

 

Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.

 

UK Standard Delivery is currently 2-4 working days

Exceptions: UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for both standard and express deliveries.

 

 

1.3 OVERSEAS DELIVERY TIMES FOR THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

 

We aim to deliver within 7 working days following the date your order is placed.

 

 

1.4 DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

We will be unable to change an address once the order has been dispatched.

 

 

 

1.5 PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

We currently accept PayPal.

 

Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

 

 

1.6 CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

 

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

 

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Credit Reference Agency or Fraud Prevention Scheme, which may keep a record of that information. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. How it works

When you reach the checkout process at Burton.co.uk (or any participating retailer) you will have the opportunity to register for either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Simply sign-up for the service following the online instructions that are linked directly to your card issuer, set up your new personal password once your card issuer has confirmed your identity, and continue shopping.

 

This is a one-off registration process, so you will be able to use the same password for all future purchases you make with participating retailers.

 

Alternatively you can contact your bank directly to register, or visit Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode for more information.

 

Please note: If you choose not to register during the checkout process, depending on your card issuer, we may not be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your purchase.

 

 

1.7 RETURNS BY POST

 

Please contact us on +44 (0) 1743 874 290 to query your return. Due to Health and Safety restrictions we are unable to accept returns on some of our products.

 

If your request for return is accepted please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

 

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

 

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from Future-Physique. You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team on +44 (0) 1743 874 290 with your order number, postcode and new card details. For security reasons, we cannot accept this information via email.

 

 

1.8 RETURNING GOODS WHICH ARE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

1.9 STATUTORY RIGHTS

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

 

1.10 PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

 

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

 

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

 

Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

 

 

1.11 PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

 

 

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

 

The product ordered being unavailable from stock

Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

 

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
